Hypnosis; Against God?

So, I've been researching Hypnosis.
I wanted to see if it's against God, or not.
So far I have found that some Christians say it's not bad, others say it is.
I don't know who I am to trust.
Ok, so I found this:

It is very interesting, I am starting to believe that Hypnosis CAN be used for bad things, but it can also be used for good.
I haven't seen any evidence in the bible that says it is wrong, but there was no such thing when the bible was written anyway.
I guess in the end you just have to trust the person who is to 'hypnotize' you.
Know that they will not do anything evil with it.
I have anxiety problems, and the Dr said it would be good to try hypnosis on me.
Upon research I have found that it is common to use hypnosis on people with anxiety.
Some people think that people who hypnotize you will 'take control' of you mind.
But I don't believe that someone can do that unless you let them.
hmm, I am still weary about hypnosis, I don't fully trust in it, but I am willing to give it ago.

What do you think? Do you think it's against God/christianity?
